Biography
Moira is a Criminal Solicitor who qualified in 2013 and has over 10 years’ experience practising across England and Wales. She advises and represents clients in all aspects of criminal law, including police station attendance and court advocacy.
Throughout her career, Moira has acted for clients from a wide range of backgrounds and is experienced in dealing with complex and high-pressure matters. She has a strong commitment to access to justice and represents clients both as a privately instructed solicitor and as a Duty Solicitor. Despite her seniority, Moira continues to attend personally to her clients at police stations and courts.
Moira has also contributed to discussions on criminal law and its practical operation, providing feedback and recommendations on areas for reform to improve fairness and effectiveness within the justice system.
