Fraser is a Consultant Solicitor in the Residential Property Department and acts for both individual and corporate clients in relation to residential property transactions. He advises on sales, purchases, and remortgages of freehold and leasehold properties, and has particular experience in new build transactions.

Fraser was admitted as a solicitor on 1 October 1998 and has over 25 years of experience in Property Law. He previously held a senior management role within the conveyancing department of a large International Law Firm, where he gained extensive experience in both legal practice and departmental management.

In addition to his legal work, Fraser supports business development within the department and is involved in progressing the firm’s use of technology to enhance the client experience.
